After you have received your items, inspect them to make sure there are no defects, wrong item(s) sent, or if something is missing. If any of these things happen, please email us within 5 business days at email@example.com and we will get it corrected for you!
If you just decide you do not want to keep your item(s), here is the policy for sending back:
- We do not issue refunds. We DO however issue store credit. We will however issue a refund if we goofed or the item is defective. You will be refunded by the method you bought the item with, ie - cash for cash, credit card will go back on credit card and gift cards will be issued for gift cards used.
- Exchanges are processed the same as a return. We will issue you a store credit and at the same time of return, you can decide whether or not to exchange for the same item or purchase something else. Exchanges will depend whether the item is still in stock. If you are wanting an exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can pull the item to insure it is in stock when the return arrives back to us.
- Sale items, bodysuits, swimsuits, jewelry + accessories, hats/beanies, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- You have a 5 day window from time of delivery to return your items for store credit. Return orders shipped must be marked shipped by 5th day.
- Shipping for return items is non-refundable unless we goofed and the mistake was ours, therefore the buyer is responsible for the shipping of a return.
- Please leave the tags on the item and it cannot be worn or washed for credit to be given.
